Business Systems Analyst

An innovate manufacturer of advanced solutions to the aerospace, defence, and energy sectors has a new vacancy for a Business Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights, automation technologies, and AI solutions to improve business efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure continuous system enhancement in alignment with company strategy.

The Role

Design, develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights across departments.

Lead and support AI-driven initiatives, such as process automation, predictive analytics, and natural language insights.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and digital innovation.

Support business system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements that improve data flow, performance, and user experience.

Ensure data governance, accuracy, and system integrity within all reporting and analytical platforms.

Develop and deliver training and documentation to improve user adoption of digital tools.

Monitor and report KPIs and performance metrics to measure system efficiency and improvement outcomes.

Stay current with emerging AI, BI, and digital transformation technologies to proactively recommend innovative solutions.

The Person

Experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, data warehousing and continuous improvement.

Ability to develop Power BI dashboards and reports that drive strategic business decisions.

Experience in integrating or implementing AI tools and APP development

Familiarity with ERP and enterprise data systems

Strong understanding of process automation, workflow optimization, and data governance.

Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
