Residential and Commercial Valuer

A highly successful and expanding consultancy has a new vacancy for a Residential and Commercial Valuer to join its expanding team in Stratford upon Avon. Working closely with a wide range of clients you will provide professional valuation and consultancy advice on a range of commercial and residential properties & land.

The Role

Support the professional services team providing valuation and consultancy advice.

Work closely with Senior Partners with due diligence, strategic property advice.

Provide property strategy, valuation reports and advice.

Preparation of development viability assessments.

Support a variety of professional areas including lease advisory work.

Engagement of key and specialist professionals for clients.

Assist and help to deliver improved procedures and business performance

Attend site visits and client meetings.

The Person

Registered Valuer.

MRICS (preferable) with a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience.

Commercial and loan security valuation experience.

Develop and maintain a strong client base.

Have good landlord and tenant law understanding.

Be able to work collaboratively and effectively with a wide variety of consultants and service providers.
